Charlotte Gerson has given up on trying to get people to eat healthy to prevent disease. She says its a waste of time and energy.

Can you imagine living on pretty much nothing more than vegetables? Most of us can’t. Eating is one of life’s simple pleasures.

I applaud people like Charlotte Gerson for the work she does, and her tremendous discipline. We can learn a lot from her. The video below is full of great information.

Now my take on it is that if you eat a balanced diet of real foods, you will prevent most diseases and stay thin and healthy and full of energy. Eat as natural as you can afford. Yes, eat a lot of vegetables. Learn to make great food yourself. You’ll find lots of great recipes in the new members area. Enjoy!
