Sigh… I get this question all of the time.
See – if you were to go over to SaneSuperWomanClub.com and apply all of the information there, you would lose weight. But I don’t plan your meals for you. Heck, I don’t know what you like. You need to develop a plan for your life based around foods you will eat.
But many of you want a step by step program. Up until recently, there was not one that I could comfortably recommend.
I’ve been keeping my eye on The Diet Solution.
They seem to have a good track record of success stories.
The program is designed by a nutritionist.
They use real food, and a common sense plan.
The recipes I have seen look pretty tasty if I say so myself.
