I bought some of those plastic wrapped baking potatoes. It’s hard getting good potatoes around here, so I thought I would try these.
We had some a couple of weeks ago and they were pretty good.
So I bought another one for myself this week. I made myself a good sized chicken Cesar salad, and I thought I would have the baked potato.
I do not cook them in the plastic. When I upwrapped this one, it had mold on it. So disappointing! And if I had cooked it in the plastic like its meant to be – I never would have seen it.
Now I have to go to McDonalds to get something to eat. Just kidding!
I can eat the cookies I made last night… 😉
