I’m really sorry I’ve not been posting much in the way of tips lately. I’m still working a lot and trying to juggle a lot of balls, just like you.
But, if you need something – I’m here.
Ask for a tip or a recipe and I’ll answer.
As I’m finishing up my gift ideas, here’s a few more things I’ve come up with –
Chocolate wine to go with those handmade chocolates or home baked cookies.
Put together the dry ingredients for No Box Pancakes with instructions and a bottle of pure maple syrup. If they’ve really been good you can include some good coffee and some oranges.
A romantic night basket with massage oils and candles and such for the newly wed couple. Maybe include a bottle of nice wine… (hey, they’re married!)
Restaurant.com is always a hit. My niece says to be sure to check for online coupons. (she’s a mad couponer!)
These are in addition to the ideas in Gifts from the Hearth…
If you need something from me, be sure to let me know in the comments. I get notified everytime a new comment is posted – and I’ll be sure to answer either in a new post, or by email.

I love this Blog. Sometimes I am a bit busy to log in at” Rebel Without a Fork”. I downloaded the High Energy book to my computer, and I refer to it a lot, along with the other special recipe book which contains so many of the great recipes on your site Carole.
I am trying to get my home spruced up for the New Year, and I will order your new book on decorating, as I’m sure it will come in very useful soon.
You’ve helped me a lot in time management, and I can’t thank you enough for the “Live Your Life by Design” book, which makes you take a long hard look at life!
Wishing you a great Christmas, and hearing more from you in 2012 😉
Hi Fiona,
You know when I talk about people that I consider friends that I’ll probably never meet? You’re on that list. I worry about you in your neck of the world.
It always makes me very happy when I hear that my humble products really do help people. I’m grateful to be a part of your life in some small way.
I hope you guys have a wonderful holiday season – and that 2012 is a great year!
