This is a great summer meal. You can use either chicken or turkey.
4 cups romaine lettuce cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups diced Chicken or Turkey, 1 inch dice
8 strips bacon cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
4 hard cooked eggs quartered and halved
½ pound of your favorite cheese cut into ½ inch squares
4 ripe plum tomatoes cut into ½ inch pieces
2 ripe avocados cut into ½ inch pieces
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Your favorite vinaigrette dressing
Arrange item in rows on a large serving platter.
Sprinkle with parsley
Serve with dressing
