I've been hearing a lot about Apricot pits and Vitamin B17, so I decided to do some detective work. The compound is amgdalin and can be found in almonds, apricot, peach, and cherry pits, and bitter almond oil - yes, like in the Bible. Interesting, isn't it?

Here's an interesting page on the subject - So grab some almonds every day!

Please note that vitamin therapy requires very large doses and you need to be monitored by a doctor. Find a natural practitioner to work with you. Do not try large doses  and alternate treatments on your own. It’s very dangerous.

I personally believe you should use a combination of healthy eating, supplementation, and follw the directions of your Doctor team.
