There is one habit that will change your life. It is not always easy, but it is simple.

This one habit will help you –

  • have more energy

I know, you are jumping up and down – “What is it!?”

Let me set this up –

How many times have you been driving home trying to figure out what you’re going to do for dinner?

You start going through the checklist of options which usually is made up of what fast food joints you are going to pass, right?

I know, it still happens to me when I don’t do this one thing.

Have a dinner plan BEFORE you leave the house!

That’s it.

If you are going to be really busy once you leave work, plan something simple like a piece of meat you can throw on the grill, make a salad and cut up some fruit while its cooking. Wa-La!

We’re having Fajitas tonight. Its a little more prep ahead of time, but it will take about 15 minutes to get it on the table tonight.

Its important to plan to get 2 or 3 servings of fruits and vegetables into this meal. 

With this one simple habit you will cut calories, fat, sodium, sugar, and dollars.

You will lose weight, be healthier, think better, and have more energy to do all you need to do.

I have a neighbor who has lived here a little over a year. She told me the other day that she has finally started doing that, making something like a chicken breast and a salad. She said, “I feel better.” Imagine that!
