You know, I thought will all the DOGE cuts that recalls would slow down. Boy, was I wrong. I couldn’t understand.
My daughter is better informed on this than I am. She said its because the field inspections are not being done which would normally catch a problem before it gets out to the public. She sent me this video –
I used to grow lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, and broccoli. Up here on the apartment balcony, the tomatoes do OK, but the other attempts have failed. Plus, we only have a 3 month growing period up here. Farmers Markets will be ending soon.
That means, we need to stay informed on all of the recalls. I try to cover as many as I can here. Recalls are posted on Friday night when I get the last batch from the FDA and USDA. Subscribing to my updates is the easiest way to remember.
