White Fish in Herbed Butter

 

 

This is a fast and easy old standby – 

 

2 Tablespoons butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon dill

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

4 of your favorite white fish filets

 

Melt butter in skillet

Stir in seasonings

Add the fish and saute a few minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork. 

That’s it!

Great with steamed asparagus or broccoli.
