Tropical Hot Cocoa

1 -14 oz. can coconut milk

1 cup 2% milk

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup cocoa

¼ teaspoon cardamom

 

Put it all in a saucepan, cook over med. low heat for about 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved stirring often.

Makes 3 5 oz. servings. In our house, it’s 2 servings 😉

Whipped cream and/or chocolate shavings optional
