3 Medium Tomatoes – seeded and chopped (3 cups)
1/2 cup Green Onions w/tops — Sliced
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper — Chopped small
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice — Or To Taste
2 Tablespoons Cilantro; Fresh — Snipped
1 Tablespoon Jalapeno Chile — Finely Chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic — Finely Chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Mix all ingredients.
Cover and put in fridge for a couple of hours for flavors to blend.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups Salsa.
