Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds


Let pumpkin seeds dry on paper towels.

Spread out on a cookie sheet.

Bake in a 250° oven for about 1 hour, or until the pumpkin seeds are dry, stirring occasionally.

Lightly salt.


Many people will toss with oil or butter, and/or add sugar. It’s not necessary. They taste great plain.
