To all ex-fatties

You know how annoying ex-smokers can be? They are on smokers like crazy. Like they’re suddenly some sort of saint.
The same thing happens to ex-fatties.
Funny thing is, the better you feel, and the more weight you lose – the more you’ll want to learn and talk about healthy eating and cooking. You’ll be giving advice at every opportunity and driving people crazy. I know because I do it myself. I’ve seen others do it too.
As much as you want to dive in and intercept that bite of unhealthy food that your friend is about to eat รขโฌโ don’t do it.
I know you’re excited and you want everyone to experience how great it feels, but you have to control yourself or risk damaging your relationships. Unless they’re ready to change, they’ll start to hate you.
You can keep feeding them good food and get them interested in changing. That’s how I’ve done it. They always marvel at how great the fresh food tastes. You can let them see you make the food so they see for themselves how easy it is. Or you can send them here.
The best thing you can do is lead by example, and try not to preach. I know its hard.
