OK,OK, this isn’t the healthiest salad. As a matter of fact, it probably should be listed as a dessert. But it sure is good.
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. can crushed pineapple – do not drain
4 large apples
2 regular sized Snickers bars
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped slightly
1 cup whipped cream (whipped)
Do not peel the apples. Cut into bite sized chunks.
Slice the Snickers bars into small bite sized chunks.
Mix all the ingredients except the whipped cream.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
