1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. Olive oil
1 1/3 cups broccoli florets, but into bite size pieces
Â½ cup sliced water chestnuts, drained.
Â½ cup orange juice
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Tbs. light soy sauce
Put oils in skillet on medium high heat.
Add broccoli and water chestnuts, stir-fry 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add to broccoli.
Lower heat and cook until sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.
