Tired of being trapped in the house because its too hot? Once the temps get under 95, there are a few things you can do to stay cool while you’re outdoors.

These hats are pretty cool. You dip them in cold water and wring them out before you put it on. It lowers your body temperature.
I first bought mine a couple years ago for my son-in-law because he’s always hot. He didn’t want it. I was going on an outing and it was going to be a pretty hot day. So I kept the hat. Its not like wearing an ice pack on your head, but it does keep you a little cooler.
The bucket style hat is in this year. Not my style, but I see them a lot.
They also make the cooling towel. Same principle, you wet it, wring it out, and hang it around your neck.
Yep, the old spray bottle. I’ve had mine for years. It just occurred to me I should get an even smaller one that would fit in my purse. Why I didn’t think of that before?
