These are a staple in our house.
1 can tuna for each 2 sandwiches, drained well
1 hard boiled egg, diced
1 teaspoon mayo
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Optional – minced onion, celery, or relish. We do ours plain.
Mix all ingredients well.
Serve on a kaiser roll, or a 5 inch piece of Italian bread with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
I like my roll warmed and buttered. Don’t judge until you try it.
