Simple Grilled Zucchini

 

Wash small zucchini and cut off ends

Cut in half lengthwise

Brush with olive oil

Sprinkle with white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar

Grill over medium hot coals for 8-10 minutes, turning often. They are done when tender when pierced with a skewer. Do not overcook. Mushy zucchini is not good!
