This is another lightening fast dinner!
2 lbs. Cooked shrimp, deveined and tail cut off
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder or minced onion
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or cayenne)
1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 (or less) teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tsp. Oil
2 Tbls. Lime juice
16 tortillas, warmed
4 cups coleslaw
Mix seasonings in a small bowl.
Sprinkle shrimp with seasonings. Toss to coat well.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Cook shrimp 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Add lime juice. Cook and stir for one more minute.
Put shrimp in tortillas, top with coleslaw.
