Shrimp Balasico

About 30 small cooked shrimp

2 ½ cups chopped tomato

1 Tablespoon and 1 teaspoon dried basil

1 cup chunky tomato sauce

2 Tablespoons chopped green onion

3 Tablespoons white wine (optional)

8 black olives, sliced

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

½ lb. angel hair pasta

 

Cook Pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, mix all ingredients except the shrimp in a large saucepan. Simmer about 10 minutes.

While those are cooking, remove tails from shrimp.

Add shrimp to tomato mixture. Simmer about 2 more minutes to warm shrimp through.

Serve over pasta.
