Seasonal changes are always a tough adjustment, aren’t they? Especially when it comes to getting dinner on the table fast.
All summer, my goal was to have dinner completed by 6 in order to have time to enjoy the summer evenings. Now all of the sudden, its dark at 7!
So, we shake things up a bit. Eat dinner a little later so we can squeeze out those last few moments of summery afternoons.
In the next couple of weeks, that won’t matter anymore. We can go back to 6pm dinners and have evenings free to start holiday planning and watching the slew of new shows.
If you have kids in sports or other nighttime commitments, many nights your schedule is not your own.
That’s why its so important to have your to-do lists. You have to be a master planner.
That’s also why I developed so many fast recipes. Its important to eat food that will give you the energy to do all you have to do, but we don’t have a lot of time to be cooking.
But, Eating fast food gets expensive, and leaves you feeling lethargic.
