1 red pepper cut into ½ inch pieces
1 cup cooked corn
¼ cup minced red onion
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Honey
Mix well and refrigerate.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley when ready to serve.
