Raspberry Sauce

1 12-oz. package frozen, lightly sweetened raspberries, thawed

3 Tablespoons sugar

3 Tablespoons lemon juice

¼ cup orange juice


Mix in blender or food processor until smooth.

Press through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.

Stir before serving.

Use on ice cream, frozen yogurt, French toast, pancakes…

Makes 1½ cups.
