Quick Thai Steak

2 1-inch thick steaks

3 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce

1 sweet onion cut into slices

Sauce

2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce

 

Brush both sides of steak, and onion slices with 3 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Grill or cook until steak is done the way you like it and onions are soft.

Meanwhile, mix peanut butter and red pepper with a fork.

Gradually stir in 2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce, and 2 tablespoons water, stirring until smooth.

Place steak and onions on plates. Spoon sauce over and serve.
