Pumpkin Smoothie

¾ cup pumpkin puree
¾ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Blend and enjoy.
Makes 1 large, or 2 small.
If you need to make it thinner, add a touch of milk.
