¾ cup pumpkin
1 cup oats
¼ cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk (or coconut milk, or almond milk)
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Walnuts & raisins – optional
Boil water.
Add oats and milk.
Return to boil.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except walnuts and raisins.
Simmer to desired consistency
Top with walnuts and raisins if desired
