1 package angel hair pasta
2 Tablespoons butter
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
¼ cup basil pesto
¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
Cook chicken until no longer pink – about 4 or 5 minutes.
Add pesto and toss to coat.
Drain pasta and return to pan.
Toss with remaining butter.
Place pasta on plate.
Top with chicken
Sprinkle with parmesan and ground black pepper
