Pecan Crusted Chicken

So simple – yet so elegant!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- not too big
½ cup Seven Seas Viva Creamy Italian Dressing
½ cup fresh bread crumbs
½ cup finely chopped pecans
2 Tablespoons butter

Place chicken in shallow dish or plastic bag.

Pour dressing over chicken. Cover, marinate in refrigerator 1hour, or overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade.

Dip chicken in combined crumbs and pecans.

Press to coat.

Cook chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.

You can see in the picture, my chicken breast was too big and the outer coating burned a little. And its blurry. Sorry about that 🙁
