4 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 cups vanilla ice cream – softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon caramel topping
Whipped cream – optional
Peanuts – optional
In a blender, process ice cream, peanut butter, milk and 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup until foamy and thick – 3-4 minutes
Pour into 2 glasses
Drizzle each with 1/2 Tablespoon caramel 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts
