Cook Italian Sausage to your preference. I personally like to boil them for a few minutes to reduce the grease, and then brown them. We actually like them almost burnt. (But now they say charring is not good for you 🙁
Place sausages in a foil roasting pan. Cover with warmed Red Sauce
Put out the buns.
Also great with grilled green peppers and onions.
