Oatmeal, craisin, and white chocolate chip cookies



2/3 cup butter, softened

2/3 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1½ cups old fashioned oats

1½ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 -6 oz. package Craisins

2/3 cup white chocolate chips or chunks


Preheat oven to 375 F.

Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and mix well.

In another bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda and salt.

Add dry ingredients to butter mix in 3 batches, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in craisins and white chocolate.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes about 30 cookies.
