1 – regular package of Oreos
1 prepared chocolate pie crust
2 – 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream (not whipped)
2 – 21 oz. Cans Cherry Pie Filling
Crush 2 rows of Oreos and line a greased 13×9 glass pan, pressing them in firmly.
Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large cold bowl until smooth and creamy.
Blend in unwhipped whipping cream and beat on high another minute. Do not over whip.
Spread over crushed Oreos. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly.
Break up last row of Oreos into pieces (not crushed) and sprinkle over the top.
Freeze for 2 hours. Then place in refrigerator.
