Killer Chicken Parmesan Sandwich

Seasoned Chicken smothered in red sauce and melted mozzeralla cheese, served on warm crunchy garlic bread – Now that’s the way to use leftovers!

Warm up left over chicken – slice or shred

Warm up left over spaghetti sauce

Make Garlic bread

Place chicken on bottom portion of garlic bread.

(To make chicken go even farther, you can shred it first.)

Lightly cover with spaghetti sauce

Cover with grated mozzarella cheese

Place in broiler with oven set at 450 for a couple of minutes to melt cheese.

Place garlic bread top on sandwich and serve with a big tossed salad and some fresh fruit.

I make 6 inch sandwiches. It takes about ½ a chicken breast half for each sandwich.

This is a very filling sandwich.
