How the heck are you going to keep the house clean? You can’t just let it go – people can stop over at any time.

Here’s how to keep things looking good in just a few minutes here and there…
Clean up after dinner every night. Counters, stove, the whole shabang. When you do it every night, it only takes a few minutes. You already do this, right?
Keep things picked up. When you use something, put it away
Do a load of laundry all the way through and put away daily.
Wipe down the bathrooms daily. Again, when you do it daily, it only takes a few minutes.
Use a good feather duster to dust. It will work great around the decorations – just don’t be too agressive. You don’t want to mess up or break your decorations.

Vacuum and wash floors as needed.
I’m hearing a lot of good things about the new Bissell –
I haven’t tried one myself yet.
If you keep up with these few things, your home will look pretty good the whole month through.
The biggest challenge will be keeping Santa’s workshop contained…
