How to Stay (or Get) Flexible



Flexibility is something you’re born with, right?

I think to a certain extent that is true, but even if you weren’t born flexible, you can get more flexible.

 New research shows that there is a direct correlation between how flexible you are, and how flexible your arteries are. (Vitamin E helps your arteries stay more flexible too.)

This simple stretching exercise is a great warm up. It is also great when you’re feeling stressed, or you have back pain. When you do it regularly, you will get more flexible, you’ll have less muscle strain, and you’ll have more energy.


Very important! Do not force your muscles. The weight of your upper body will gently stretch the muscles without damage. Do this exercise everyday, and you will see improvement every time you do it.
