Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl. Stir in dill and orange peel.
Heat oil in large skillet. Swirl pan to coat evenly.
Brown chicken breasts on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
Brush chicken with honey mustard sauce. Cover and cook over medium low heat about 5 minutes. Turn chicken and coat with more of the honey mustard mixture.
Cook until chicken is no longer pink. About another 5 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Brush top of chicken with more sauce. Cover and heat over very low heat 1 – 2 minutes to glaze.
