Herbed Vinaigrette

6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 Tablespoon finely minced fresh dill, or 1 teaspoon dried

1 Tablespoon finely minced fresh parsley

½ teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crumbled


Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in covered glass jar.

Shake well until blended.

Makes ½ cup.
