Balance your pH. (Less sugar, more water and vegetables)

Eat more vegetables.

Cut out the bad carbs – chips, fries, cakes, pop, etc.

Drink more plain water.

Get enough rest.

Reduce stress.

Eat slower.

Chew your food! You’ll lose more weight and feel better if you would just slow down. Enjoy your food!
