Guacamole – American

2 medium avocados

1 small tomato, chopped

2 Tablespoons finely minced onion (fresh, not dried)

1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

Wash avocado. Cut in half. Remove pit. Scoop out meat. Mash.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Mix well.

Serve at once.
