With gallbladder problems, simpy avoiding fats like the plague – most importantly, bad fat – especially trans fats, will bring you a lot of comfort. Also avoid foods with high glycemic load like pasta, red meat, processed flour.
Do eat things like bran, flax, leafy greens, citrus fruits, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, coffee, tea, Olive oil, avocados, nuts, and sometimes have 1 alcohol drink per day (not more than 2, ever!)
