Fresh Tomato Salsa


1 lime

4 medium, ripe tomatoes, chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 small jalapeno chile, seeded and minced

¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, chopped

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Grate ½ teaspoon of the peel from the lime.

Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.

Toss all ingredients and serve.
