Fresh Lemonade



1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 5 or lemons) 

1 cup, less 2 tablespoons sugar

5 cups cold water


Mix and chill. Sugar takes a little time to dissolve.

Stir again just before serving.  

Makes 1 ½ quarts

If you want to serve immediately –

Take 1 cup of the water and the sugar and heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Then mix with the other ingredients.
