Easy Fudge

3 6-oz. packages semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 14-oz. can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

dash salt

1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract

½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Line an 8×8 inch pan with waxed paper with the edges extended over edges of pan.

In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Spread evenly into prepared pan.

Chill 2-3 hours until firm.

Turn fudge onto a cutting board. Peel off paper.

Cut into 1 inch squares.

Store covered at room temperature.
