Curried Chicken Salad

1/4 – 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons curry powder

2 cups cooked chicken — cubed

1/4 cup diced celery

1/2 cup Thompson seedless grapes — halved

1/4 cup almond slivers

 

Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Chill at least one hour before serving.
