MorningStar Farms Voluntarily Recalling Two Varieties Due to Possible Plastic Presence
CHICAGO, June 18, 2026 – MORNINGSTAR FARMS is voluntarily recalling two varieties of products in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Costa Rica because of possible plastic pieces in the food. Recalled varieties are: MORNINGSTAR FARMS Buffalo Chik’n Nuggets (10.5 oz) and MORNINGSTAR FARMS Hot & Spicy Sausage Patties (8 oz).
The FDA announced on June 12 that Azuma Foods International Inc. is recalling 545 cases of its Tako Wasabi–Seasoned Octopus with Wasabi because the product may contain undeclared fish. People with a fish allergy or severe sensitivity could experience a serious or potentially life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the affected product.
Lehi Valley Trading Company Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Peanuts in Chocolate Covered Raisins
June 25, 2026, Lehi Valley Trading Company of Mesa, AZ, is recalling 624 units of its 15 ounce packages of High Valley Orchard Chocolate Covered Raisins because they contain undeclared peanuts. People who have allergies to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
Revival Animal Health, LLC Voluntarily Recalls Canine and GM Milk Replacers Due to Low or Elevated Levels of Vitamin D
Revival Animal Health of Orange City, IA is recalling Breeder’s Edge® Foster Care® Canine, Shelter’s Choice® Canine Milk Replacers, and is expanding the current recall to include the Breeder’s Edge® Foster Care® GM (goat milk) products due to variable levels of Vitamin D resulting in either low or elevated levels in the milk replacers.
Consumers should stop feeding the products listed below to their dogs.
The New-Jersey based drug company Breckenridge Pharmaceuticals is recalling bottles of the prescription drug duloxetine, a generic version of Cymbalta. The medication is used to treat depression, anxiety and fibromyalgia, according to Mayo Clinic.
According to a U.S. Food and Drug Administration enforcement report, testing of the delayed-release capsules found levels of “N-nitroso-duloxetine” above the FDA’s recommended limit.
Patients that have any of these recalled medications are advised to contact their doctor or pharmacist about next steps. Health officials also advised that patients do not stop taking the medication without speaking to their doctor first.
This week, the FDA has reported on another Gas-X recall—this time for a reported 35,880 boxes, citing: “Chemical Contamination: contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant from a machine leakage during the packaging process.”
“Propylene glycol (PG) is a commonly used solvent for oral, intravenous, and topical pharmaceutical agents. Although PG is generally considered safe, when used in high doses or for prolonged periods, PG toxicity can occur. Reported adverse effects from PG include central nervous system (CNS) toxicity, hyperosmolarity, hemolysis, cardiac arrhythmia, seizures, agitation, and lactic acidosis.” Read More –
HSN is recalling about 86,040 Kitchen HQ Thermal Insulated Bowls with detachable hinged lids because metal springs in the lids can catch fire when used in the microwave. Per the CPSC, the company has received 30 reports of the bowls smoking, sparking, melting, or catching fire, including one incident that resulted in property damage. The recalled bowls were sold on HSN.com, through HSN televised shows, and on HSN digital shopping platforms between July 2023 and Feb. 2026. Consumers should stop using the bowls immediately and contact HSN for a refund.
As noted on the CPSC site, about 2,500 Arctic Zone Titan Pro Coolers sold at Costco have been recalled because the latch magnet can detach, posing a choking hazard that could result in serious injury or death. The recall affects Arctic Zone Titan Pro 40-can-capacity iceless coolers with style number 10006348, which were sold at Costco stores nationwide in March 2026. No incidents or injuries have been reported. Consumers should stop using the coolers immediately and contact California Innovations for a free replacement latch.
