D’Dioses is voluntarily recalling its fruit ice popsicles due to undeclared allergens, including milk, yellow #5, red #40, pecans, and pistachios, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) announced the recall of a popular pizza snack due to possible foreign material contamination. Rich Products Corp voluntarily recalled 6,408 cases (160,200 pounds) of Farm Rich Pizza Cheese Crunchers because the products have the potential to contain metal pieces. The recall was initiated on May 19, 2026, however, the FDA classified it as a Class II event on June 9, 2026, indicating that use of or exposure to the product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.

Clover Hill Dairy, LLC recalled all soft ricotta/requeson cheese manufactured at their firm. Clover Hill soft ricotta/requeson cheese was sold in ten (10), twelve (12) and fourteen (14) ounce individually packaged clamshell containers. The recalled cheese was also sold in bulk five (5) gallon and two (2) gallon buckets to some customers that repackaged the cheese. Bulk cheese may be repackaged under individual bulk distributor brand names including but not limited to: KESSO, QUESOS LA RICURA, IZALCO, DE MI PUEBLO, RIO LINDO.

Certain freeze-dried and frozen raw pet food products made by GO Raw LLC are being recalled because they could lead to life-threatening nutritional deficiencies. The recall was initially issued in February after it was discovered that some lots of Quest brand cat food contained extremely low levels of thiamine, also known as vitamin B1.
The latest product added to the list is Steve’s Real Food Chicken Recipe Freeze Dried in 1.25-pound bags with lot code C26022, UPC 6-91730-164 02-7, and best-by date 1/22/2028. The food is sold in beige, zip-locked packages with a maroon stripe. The lot code and best-by date can be found on the front of the bag.

BD Issues Nationwide Recall for Specific Lots of ChloraPrep™ Clear Single Sterile 1 mL and FREPP™ Clear 1.5 mL Applicators Due to Microbial Contamination
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. (June 06, 2026) – BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is voluntarily recalling lot 4032183 of ChloraPrep™ Clear 1 mL Single Sterile and lot 4073005 of FREPP™ Clear 1.5 mL applicators with paper lidding to the consumer level. These products are being recalled due to fungal contamination under certain environmental conditions allowing the growth of Aspergillus penicillioides.
These two impacted lots were shipped to distributors and hospitals between March 2024 through June 2024.
