Tops Issues Recall of Christopher Ranch Peeled Garlic & Garland Fresh Peeled Garlic Because of Possible Health Risk


Tops Friendly Markets
 of Williamsville, NY is recalling all codes of Christopher Ranch Peeled Garlic and Garland Peeled Garlic because it has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum due to the product being kept at insufficient temperatures. Clostridium botulinum is a bacterium which can cause life threatening illness or death. Consumers are warned not to consume the product even if it does not look or smell spoiled.


At the request of the FDA, RAW FARM is issuing a Voluntary Recall of the batches of cheese below and any batches produced prior to these dates.

An E. coli outbreak linked to cheddar cheese made from raw milk at a California farm has expanded to nine people in three states, the FDA said.

FSIS Issues Public Health Alert For Frozen, Dinosaur-Shaped, Ready-To-Eat Chicken Nuggets Due To Traces Of Lead

The U.S. Department of Agricultureโ€™s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for frozen, dinosaur-shaped, ready-to-eat chicken nuggets that may be contaminated with unsafe levels of lead. A recall was not requested because the products are no longer available for purchase. However, FSIS is concerned that some product may still be in consumersโ€™ freezers.

A health alert was issued for Great Value Dino Nuggets due to traces of lead.The affected nuggets, sold at Walmart locations nationwide, have a best-by date of February 2027.


Schreiber Foods, Inc. Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Tree Nuts (Almonds) in Product


Schreiber Foods, Inc
 of Green Bay, WI is voluntarily recalling 144 Cases of Honey Almond Cream Cheese Spread, because it may contain undeclared almonds. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to almonds run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Product was distributed to store locations in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming through Einstein Bros. Bagel locations.The FDA announced four connected recalls on milk sold in four states due to a foreign matter contamination.


About 23,459 cases of roasted tomato and Parmesan focaccia bread were recalled, sold under brand names such as Frederikโ€™s by Meijer, Harris Teeter, Trader Joeโ€™s and Fresh & Simple. 

Additionally, 2,337 cases of HelloFresh Basil Pesto and Mozzarella Pizza, made up of 15 packages per case, were also recalled.

The recall affects four pizza lot numbers and more than a dozen focaccia bread lot numbers, with use-by dates ranging from April 27 through Oct. 15. Read More –


The drinks affected by this recall are 16-ounce plastic bottles of Wawa milk sold at convenience stores in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Gear Isle Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Chocolate Product Due to Undeclared Sildenafil and Tadalafil

California-based Gear Isle is voluntarily recalling certain units of its “Gold Lion Aphrodisiac Chocolate” and “ilum Sex Chocolate” after testing revealed the presence of sildenafil and tadalafil โ€” active ingredients commonly used in erectile dysfunction medications, according to a Thursday announcement from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Risk Statement: Use of products with undeclared active ingredients sildenafil and tadalafil may pose a threat to consumers because the active ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may cause a significant drop in blood pressure that may be life-threatening. Among the adult male population who are most likely to use these products, adult males who use nitrates for cardiac conditions are most at risk from these products. To date, Gear Isle has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
