005-2026-EXP, Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. Expands Recall for Chicken and Pork Fried Rice, Ramen, and Shu Mai Products Due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination This expansion includes 16 products produced between October 21, 2024, and February 26, 2026, under brand names Ajinomoto, Kroger, Ling Ling, Tai Pei, and Trader Joe’s.


The FDA has issued a Class I recall for the company’s Espresso Malted Milk Balls after it was discovered that the product contains undeclared allergens.

According to the recall notice, 10,190 pounds of the candy are affected. The Espresso Malted Milk Balls were sold in both one-pound sealed pouches and 20-pound clear poly bags, packed inside cardboard boxes, and distributed nationwide. Read More –


Costco Traditional Madeleines sold in a plastic shell container. The standard madeleines were “inadvertently packaged” with madeleines filled with chocolate hazelnut spread. Certain cough drops made in China are being recalled –

The products impacted by the recall include:

• Exchange Select (manufactured for Your Military Exchanges): 30-count bag of honey lemon and menthol flavored cough drops

• Caring Mill (distributed by FSA Store, Inc): 90-count bags of cherry cough drops

• Discount Drug Mart Food Market: 30-count bags of honey lemon cough drops

• MGC Health (distributed by Medical Group Care): 25-count and 30-count bags of sugar-free honey lemon cough drops and 80-count bags of honey lemon cough drops

• QC Quality Choice (distributed by CDMA, Inc): 25-count bags of black cherry sugar-free and regular cough drops; 25-count bags of sugar-free and regular honey lemon cough drops; 30-count bags of creamy strawberry throat soothing drops; 30-count bags of menthol cough drops; and 30-count bags of vanilla honey cough drops. Certain bottles of Xanax have been recalled nationwide, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The anti-anxiety medication was initially recalled in March for “failed dissolution specifications,” meaning there was a problem with how the tablets dissolve, which could impact their effectiveness. On April 8, the FDA gave the recall the second-highest risk level, Class II, indicating the potential for temporary or reversible health consequences from the product. Liquid Blenz Corp. Recalls Product Due to Possible Health Risk


Liquid Blenz Corp of Rockville Center, NY is recalling all codes of Good Brain Tonic because of Botulism potential. Botulism is a potentially fatal form of food poisoning and can cause the following symptoms: general weakness, dizziness, double-vision, and trouble with speaking or swallowing. Difficulty in breathing, weakness of other muscles, abdominal distension, and constipation may also be common symptoms. People experiencing these problems should seek immediate medical attention.


Hyundai is voluntarily recalling more than 94,000 Genesis and GV80 vehicles due to a possible fuel leak that could increase the risk of an engine fire.

According to a notice from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Hyundai Motor America found that the “crossover fuel pipe connecting the left and right fuel rails of the engines in the subject vehicles may have been installed with retention fasteners that may gradually loosen over time.” Read More –


Revival Animal Health, LLC Voluntarily Recalls Canine Milk Replacers Due to Elevated Levels of Vitamin D
Revival Animal Health of Orange City, IA is recalling Breeder’s Edge® Foster Care® Canine and Shelter’s Choice® Canine Milk Replacers due to variable levels of Vitamin D resulting in both low and elevated levels in some of the canine milk replacers.

Consumers should stop feeding the products listed below to their dogs. Dogs ingesting elevated levels of Vitamin D may exhibit symptoms such as vomiting, loss of appetite, increased thirst, increased urination, excessive drooling, and weight loss. Vitamin D when consumed at very high levels can lead to serious health issues in dogs including renal dysfunction. Consumers who have dogs that have consumed any of the affected products and are exhibiting these symptoms should contact their veterinarian.
