PepsiCo Inc. has recalled nearly 70,000 bottles of Lipton Tea over a labeling error, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).1
The brand’s Green Tea Citrus flavor, which contains 25 grams (g) of sugar per bottle, was mistakenly put in bottles labeled as Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry, which is supposed to be sugar-free. This could be very dangerous if you have diabetes.

Two ready-made meals from HelloFresh may be contaminated with Listeria, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) warned in a public health alert issued Monday.1
The spinach in the subscription-based meals tested positive for the bacteria, which can cause serious or potentially life-threatening illness if consumed.1

WASHINGTON, Oct. 4, 2025 – Foster Poultry Farms, LLC, a Livingston, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 3,843,040 pounds of chicken corn dog and ground turkey on a stick products that may be contaminated with extraneous material, specifically pieces of wood embedded in the batter, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

The products subject to recall bear establishment number “P-6137B” either inside the USDA mark of inspection or printed on the packaging. A recall was just announced on frozen spinach sold nationwide, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).1 This is due to a Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
The products being recalled are bulk Del Mar 35-pound Bulk Organic Frozen Spinach and Sno Pac Organic Frozen Cut Spinach sold in 10-ounce bags. The Sno Pac brand products were sold in retail locations across the U.S. and contain lot codes SPM1.190.5, SPC1.160.5, SPC2.160.5 or SPM1.097.5 with the following best-by dates: 7/9/27, 6/9/27, 6/9/27 and 4/7/27, respectively.
