Cabot Creamery issued a voluntarily recall for a single lot of its Extra Creamy Premium Butter, Sea Salted, in seven states, totaling 1,700 pounds across 189 cases, after testing found it to be contaminated with elevated levels of coliform bacteria, possibly fecal contamination. More Info
Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine Frozen Meals
Nestlé issued a voluntary recall of several varieties of Lean Cuisine and Stoffer’s frozen meals after consumers reported finding pieces of wood in the food. One person said they choked on the wood fragments.
The recalled products are Lean Cuisine’s Butternut Squash Ravioli, Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, and Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, as well as Stouffer’s Party Size Chicken Lasagna
The recalled frozen meals were manufactured between August 2024 and March 2025 and sold throughout the United States beginning in September 2024.
If you have any of the products above, visit Nestlé’s website to check the batch code and see if they’re part of the recall. The batch number is located on the side of the packaging. If you have any recalled frozen meals, throw them away or take them back to the store for a refund.

Johnsonville Cheddar Bratwurst – The cheddar bratwurst item was produced on February 5, 2025. The following product is subject to recall [view label]:
- 19-oz. Sealed firm tray packages containing five pieces of “Johnsonville BRATS CHEDDAR Bratwurst” and the package code B9FOD.
The product subject to recall bears establishment number “Est. 1647” on the front of the label. These items were shipped to retail locations in Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
The problem was discovered after the firm notified FSIS that it had received two consumer complaints reporting hard plastic material found in the bratwurst product. More Info
Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips

A limited number of 13 oz. bags of Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips are being recalled as they could include nacho cheese tortilla chips, and therefore may contain an undeclared milk allergen. Less than 1,300 bags of impacted products were for sale in stores in 13 states (Ala., Fla., Ga., Ill., Ind., Ky., Miss., N.C., Ohio, S.C., Tenn., Va., W. Unless a consumer has a dairy allergy or sensitivity to milk, this product is safe to consume.
Safetussin Max Strength Multi-Symptom Cough, Cold and Flu medicine
There’s an active recall on approximately 14,250 boxes of over-the-counter cold and flu medication sold nationwide, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.1 This is due to a lack of child-resistant packaging.

Woolite Delicates Detergent
The 50-ounce size of Woolite Delicates Detergent, sold on Amazon.com in January 2025, has been recalled due to potential bacteria risk. The “fast-track recall,” issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), helps remove potentially hazardous products from the marketplace as quickly as possible.
The recall affects 16,200 bottles of the 50-ounce size of Woolite Delicates Detergent with the SKU 62338-72724, and lot codes S24364, S24365 and S24366. The products may have been contaminated with Pseudomonas bacteria, which is commonly found in soil and water, but can cause a serious infection in people with weakened immune systems or who use external medical devices.
Benadryl Liquid Elixir
Benadryl contains a drug called diphenhydramine, making it illegal for the product not to be child-proof under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.2
